Refund Policy
At Lush & Lavish Events, our goal is to make your event truly unforgettable. We want to ensure that everything goes smoothly, but we understand that sometimes plans can change. Here’s a straightforward overview of our refund policy to help you navigate any changes with ease.
General Refund Policy
Event Styling and Planning Services:
To secure your booking with us, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit helps us allocate the necessary resources and time to create the perfect event for you. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you’ll receive a partial refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the event cannot be refunded. Prop Hire:
For our prop hire services, we offer a standard rental period of 48 hours. If you wish to extend the rental period, we’re happy to accommodate this subject to availability, with an additional fee of 20% per day of the total DIY Hire order amount. If you need to cancel your prop hire, please do so at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup date for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Linen Rentals:
We ask that you follow our linen return conditions to ensure the best quality for future events. If linens are returned damaged or stained beyond normal use, replacement fees will apply. Refunds won’t be available if the linens are returned wet or with significant stains. For details on our linen rentals, visit our Linen Rentals Page.
